Ram Jayaraman (or Ram Cobain, as he’s better known) is the Chief Creative Officer at Mullen Lintas. Prior to joining ML, Ram was a Creative Strategist with Meta’s Creative Shop for over 6 years. At Meta, Ram conceptualized platform-first ideas across Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger for India’s biggest clients and co-created campaigns with the best creative agencies.
Before Meta, Ram spent over 15+ years across Wunderman Thompson and Grey Worldwide, playing leadership roles in Creative and working on a diverse set of brands like Pepsi, Dell, Unilever, Nestle, GSK, ESPN Star Sports, 3M, Sony, Hero, ITC, Britannia, Fortis and Set MAX, amongst others.
With over 22 years of helping brands speak their truth, Ram is an international and local, multi-award winning, hybrid creative leader who knows how to tell stories both in the long and short-form, for the horizontal and the vertical screen – and by using technology as much as emotion to persuade his audience.
When not cracking, pitching or defending an idea, Ram can be found running long distances, drinking beer, writing poetry or listening to death metal.
